No Ground Under

On a Saturday in October

A little birdie dropped off Ghislain Poirier’s new LP No Ground Under for us the other day.

I must admit that it took more than one listen to get into it (probably has a lot to do with the large amounts of house and techno I’m been listing to).

The LP has a very tribal and organic sound and is often paired with more than one nod to Kuduro or African hiphop. Pretty dope stuff especially if you need a break from the popular club beats.
