The weather is getting colder in Toronto lately. Abnormally cold for August actually. All week has been a low of 10 degrees and it’s making the city bees stupid as fuck.
I’m usually terrified to death of bees. In the summer it’s not uncommon for me to cross the street to avoid garbage cans swarming with them or scream like a little bitch if they come close to my eyes or ears.
Over the last few days though the cold has turned them all slow and stupid. Their passive buzzing about makes me feel less afraid and gives me the chance to observe them in detail without freaking the hell out. Pretty cool looking creatures considering their the spawn of Satan and live in trash.

I came across this Ghislain Poirier rmx of Bassnectar’s ‘Bomb the blocks’ the other day. Some hearty sub bass to warm up to as the Canadian winter fast approaches.
